Unbelievable. I'm guessing the parents are just morons rather than wilfully cruel. Kid probably loves to eat and do no exercise and they left him to it. I doubt very much that they tied him down and force fed him

Yeah, I very much doubt they set out thinking, "lets make our kid the fattest on the block/street/school/town/country etc. It more just shows that only certain people should be allowed to have kids(my first one is due in December and obviously I will be a good parent)
