    Good morning gents.

Ive found myself locked out of my web app. Probably wasn't the best idea to have a password for this site which was my hometown, but in any case my old password is definitely not working. I can't get a reminder or reset my password because the captcha is not working properly and just says the image verification doesn't match (even when I've tried it dozens of times and it clearly does).

I can only get in on the app on my phone which I remained logged into, but if I get logged out or the app breaks or I change phone I won't be able to post at all without a new account.

If you could ask mick to fix disable the broken captcha that'd be handy or see what else they suggest.

    Cheers Hamps

I guess your board's gone quiet now that Hughton has gone and that's why you have time to mod multiple boards. Sorry for being eight hours behind lads, it has something to do with my location <confused>

Mick dealing with it is a constant, it was the speed of getting it to him that's the difference! ;)

I'll make sure to remember that the next time there's an issue on a thread on your board that's nine minutes old <laugh>

No change SD, I can still only post from my phone and a browser I was already logged into -- password reset is still not working, it still says the image verification doesn't match when it's 100% definitely right... Try it yourself.

So what is it that you are trying to log in on, a PC, tablet etc?
What message is it giving you when you try and log in/change password?

SD I use Firefox and chrome on a MacBook Pro and an iMac, an iPad with Safari and my iPhone with the iPhone app.

I can get in on the iPhone app which I remain logged into and one browser that I was already logged into on my MacBook Pro.

If you try to reset your password you get a captcha that you have to guess the numbers - I get the captcha right but it says i got it wrong and what I typed didn't match the numbers in the image, every time, so I can't get anywhere. Try it and you will probably see.

Mick needs to either fix the captcha or take it off and just let you reset your password without one.
