When you start getting PMs from supermods telling you to delete factual accounts of things that happened because it might offend their mates on here you know the game is up. Even worse when they more or less accuse you of having a hidden agenda when you actually stick up for them . Dan There is an ever decreasing freedom of speech in various forums. I empathise with your situation - If 'something' happened and if that something embarrassed the person/people involved, then tough luck on THEM. Society shouldn't be worried that those individuals would be offended. Where will it end - will we stop identifying *****philes / rapists etc etc so that their feelings aren't hurt. The only new 'rule' as such is to try keep all porn off the public boards for pragmatic rather than moral purposes. I sent Dan a PM this morning and I've been talking to Hornett to find out what happened and I'm going to have a discussion with brb/Minxy - it's all a bit of a storm in a teacup, it got more heated than it probably should have and I'm pretty sure now people have cooled down it won't escalate any further. So, I've been forced to write this information above because for the second time in a week you're demanding I discuss stuff with you that's nothing to do with you. Just because you happen to know and like a person doesn't mean you get to shout your mouth off before you even understand what happened.

The first paragraph is spot on - some people are doing this behind the scenes and I was stupid enough to go into beel mode without thinking of the consequences.
