Any sent an e-mail to the new address? I sent a polite, though uncomplimentary, one and got an automated response that a member of the team would reply ASAP. Part of my e-mail was that I didn't expect an honest response. Let's see.............
Lot's of people have been receiving responses over the past 24 hours - varied with excuses, all predominately in broken English. I didn't bother, but if people are getting responses I will send one over the coming days to discuss the lack of reply to sending my season ticket back.
