Sky sports are reporting that we have had a bid accepted for Falkirk central defender Murray Wallace anyone know what he's like???
Brighton and Huddersfield have also successfully tabled a bid – believed to be around £300,000.............................................BUGGER.
I wikied him and this is what it says Murray Ian Wallace (October 13, 1967, Milton of Campsie) was a Scottish international rugby union player, who played for Scotland. He was capped three times between 1996-97. He is six foot three and weighed 210lbs At last some strength and height but still a little too old for my liking
Terrible decision after terrible decision PJ!!! This guy plays in the 2nd tier of Scottish Football. He's not even going to get promoted this season (Ross County are ahead all ready and have 3 games in hand). Yes, he's 19, but we just GAVE AWAY Rory McKeown for nothing and he is now a REGULAR in the Kilmarnock side (who are Scottish Premiership). He's played nearly every game since joining them and has been in the Scottish Premier League team of the week 6 times. He is considered one of the brightest prospects in Scottish football and he's 18. Explain the logic Jewell. We give away a more talented player and then pay 300,000 for a player less talented in the league below in the SAME POSITION. Dreadful Management. Why did we not just keep Mckeown????
you've got a point warky but there is the odd gem in the scottish leagues. snodgrass for one was at livingston (managed by lambert interestingly) but then you have the other end, players like robert eagle who played for norwich in league one about 5 times, hopeless player, yet played a whole season for inverness in the scottish premier league! he now plays for lowestoft
He will be playing against celtic tommorrow . 3 pm kick off. bbc1 scotland which you can get on sky . it should be a good insight into whether this lad is any good or not . coyb
