Another Hamilton win in possibly the most boring season ever. Arguments about tyres the focus of the action. They need to change things fast or this sport is screwed. Saw a bit of the final race of the IndyCar season last week Aussie called Scott won it and overtook Montoya to win the Championship in the process. Lead changed hands multiple times, on a twisty track not oval, and I am sure the cars are faster than the rules allow for F1.

I read a bit of Hamilton's column on the BBC sports website. He needs to take some advice or get a new ghost writer comes across as incredibly vain and defensive. I think it's too late for Kimi to win again, but he's still my favourite driver out of the current bunch.

Good rant (sort of). I got into F1 in the early 80's as my dad always had it on TV when a race was televised. Also the excitable voice of Murrey walker kind of grabbed my attention towards it.

I started to get bored with F1 during the Michael Schumacher domination years. I have nothing against Schumacher, he was a top driver but for me thats when my interest started waining. Also Murrey retiring had an effect, he could make any boring occasion fun and exciting if on the mic:emoticon-0148-yes:

F1 has been poor for a number of years and this year is one of the very worst. Furthermore, like many sports there seem to be few personalities anymore. The drivers are largely monotone and rarely show any great emotion. Where are the Laudas and Hunts and Nastasis and McEnroes? I watched the Ginetta Juniors racing the other week and the teenagers in that competition really put the "spectacle" of F1 to shame.

that looks very bad indeed. Amazed it doesn't happen more often in rallying, a very risky spectator sport - but presumably the (adult) spectators understand this, even if (naturally) they are of the 'it'll never happen to me' persuasion.

Lauda's post race interviews (though it's strange he's doing them for Mercedes) have been the most entertaining thing about this season, especially when he took the piss out of Vettel's moaning about tyres last time out.

    BOGO?

Nicole Scherzinger has headed off for some sun, sea and sisterly bonding.

The singer, who reportedly stopped dating Ed Sheeran because of their age difference, is currently holidaying in Cannes.

Nicole, 37, donned a blue two-piece, while 27-year-old Keala stood by her side in a vest and tiny red bottoms.

Afterwards Nicole shared the snap on Twitter, along with another scorching one as she tested her new selfie stick.

She tweeted: "Ahh yea look who got a new selfie stick."

She's got a sense of humour
Nicole seems to be unfazed by her relationship with Ed coming to an end, even after the flame-haired musician was spotted with hockey player Cherry Seaborn.

In fact the former X Factor judge appeared to take the split in her stride as she posted a jokey video to her Instagram over the weekend.

It featured Scherzy spinning around while singing along to Ed's hit Thinking Out Loud.

It's a shame about F1. I used to enjoy it up until the late nineties. It has become a bit predictable now as the big money has taken away the competitiveness. Football might go the same way if it's not careful as personalties become less, as do the teams that stand any chance of winning.

Just a few years ago F1 was driving down costs now the Hybrid systems are very expensive to get right, No coherent plan on how to develop the sport. Is the answer a less technical engine or even god forbid a stock engine.

I'm all for tax avoidance....Finding a legal loophole. Don't blame Hamilton at all.
It's tax evasion which is wrong.
