FWIW DPP only joined this weekend so take his with a pinch of salt

 

Could you imagine someone like Tiger Woods in his prime going in to a tournament thinking “****, I ain’t winning this”? Of course not, he expected to win. In the same tournaments Langer and Kite and Els and every other competitor expected themselves to win. They didn’t see Woods and go “arrrgghhh dammit”

 

No, they thought, "That's good, Tiger is here, so my wife is safe."

 

Howe expected to win?

 

Football isn't golf it's fair sport ! If tiger Woods was insisting his competitors played with wooden clubs from 100 yards further back that might be getting similar.

 

I expect 7th or 8th.
I also expect us to get rid of loads more dead wood in the summer.

I thought 8th was about right in the summer, but right now I think that's out of the question.

 

If it was tennis they'd be asking new comers to play with a table tennis racket amd maybe deny them drinks.
