If I read it correctly, which I did, it seems that Cellino and the board did tell Evans, to his face, his contract was not being renewed or extended. http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/519759/Steve-Evans-Massimo-Cellino-Leeds-news
Unless Cellino is the club secretary you read it wrong.... The piece does confirm that Cellino didn't tell him and the conversation between Evans and Secretary only took place because Evans initiated it. I didn't rate Evans but he has been treated like ****e by Cellino..... If you think it was acceptable then you are a cnut..... It's that simple.
I read everything, did I misunderstand this paragraph?, you could be right, I'm not saying you are mind you, just could be. "I went up to Elland Road for normal business. "It fell upon me, given the recent events, to be asking the question of whether my contract was going to be extended. "And following a meeting with the board and Mr Cellino it was clear that my contract was not going to be renewed and they wished me well." The Cellino haters said same about Mickey D and Redders, they then get behind the new coach, same old same old.
I read it the exact way a Glory and he forced the issue. Celino would have kept dragging him along till the contract was over
"The Cellino haters said same about Mickey D and Redders, they then get behind the new coach, same old same old" Well what are we supposed to do? Hound the new manager out? If you still believe Massimo Cellino is good for Leeds United you must severe mental problems, there is no other explanation.
