    I cannot get excited about my team and I hope that another one will win the cup! :(

    Although if they arrived in the final and then got a right thrashing, I could live with that. ;)

    I quite understand your sentiments Frenchie, so glad I didn`t draw them ! Shame that Portugal only turned up for the last 15 minutes tonight. As it is I can get the Chianti in (Or Frascati ) and it's Forza Italia for tomorrow, which I can live with.

    As far as I'm aware, Lloydinio, no. Most sweepstakes are based on how the tournament finishes. As an example, if we were using money e.g. £5 per team, this would be £80 in total which could maybe lead to prizes of £40 to the winner, £20 to the runner-up and £10 each to those who have the losing semi-finalists.

    I am just worried that should I win, the prize is an evening with Baz listening to how no one understands him. <yikes>

    If that is true, Dan needs to win so that he can advise him on the next legal steps he can take. <laugh>
