    Minor rant coming...
    Why cannot EUFA coordinate a midwinter break of (say 3 weeks) and play all of the qualifier in one fell swoop ?

    Some leagues do have midwinter breaks at present, so what's the problem?

    Fed up with these 'International breaks' 3 games into the season, total disruption.

    Not to mention meaningless frendlies.

    Not for the first time the FA should take a leaf from the RFU's book.

    That's it and apologies for the cliches.

    Nowt wrong with that idea Nick, but when did the FA ever do common sense? These week-end breaks are certainly frustrating for the majority of club fans.

    personally i would just scrap international football altogether as nobody gives 2 ****s about it and its just a dead week of football
