Another 50 from KP and Prior has to be the aim. Neither Broad or Swann have batted too well in the past 12 months or so, and Jimmy & Tremlett won't get 30 between them.
I got bloody thrown out of my first ever cricket match the other day. Kent vs Surrey 20/20 game at the Oval earlier this month... Why... For instigating the making of what the stewards and Police reffered to as "a plastic cup snake" .
Cricinfo is brilliant - ball-by-ball instead of over-by-over on the Beeb. Thought KP batted brilliantly as did Matty Prior. I've got tix for this Sunday. It does annoy me that people knock cricket, as its , in my opinion, the best sport on the planet. Here's some stats for you..... Did you know this test match at Lords will have more paying spectators than an FA cup final - and they could have sold twice as many. Also, the record for the most paying spectators in any single sport event is also in cricket - The Melbourne Boxing day test match. PEA - you still awake ?
Completely agree, doesn't have anywhere near as much of a hold on me as football but I know which I'd rather spend my time playing (sacrilege I know).
Another point re cricket, if you have nippers, like me, who would you rather them have as their role-model, John Terry or Andrew Strauss ?
i`m one of its knockers..well maybe not knockers but I have no interest in it at all...I dont hate it thats reserved for golf,but not a fan. Its football for me then boxing and then MMA .
If we can get through Tendulkar, then this could be a tight match.However, usual Lords easy batting track. I reckon Zaheer is out of the next test at least, so thats the one where we should be able to beat them at Trent Bridge.

Yes, got a ticket mate, go to Lords every year on the sat or sun, but you have to get in early, its always sold out for 4 days, i think we bought ours last december.
