    Sadly not a chance of one of ours getting the nod. We are simply not fashionable enough.

    I'd love to see Ruddy get in the squad at least so Pearce can see what he is capable of. Holt in would just be brilliant but sadly the same tired faces who have not been up to speed will get another chance.

    .........apparently no established" players will be selected, fringe and newbies is the word (or words if you want to be pedantic). so hope for our heroes.

    I expect a number of u21's to be in squad and if that is the case then I support Pearce 100%. They need the opportunity at some point!

    personally i'd pick scholes - i think he'd be brilliant for england sitting in the midfield pinging the ball about <ok>
