I wonder what tit Townsend would say if Cattermole made that challenge! I personally thought it was similar to wes browns against Norwich. Over the top and dangerous imo

Edit: Can I just say that Jack Wilshere is a diving, whinging, soft as ****e prick!

Always quick to lick the arse off Raheem Sterling these 'experts' but nobody ever mentions his massive ego. Disgusting two footed tackle over the top of the ball, Antonio should have ripped his head off. Stupid little boy needs to grow up fast or he'll turn out just like Shaun Wright Phillips.

    Flanagan though... **** sake.

I rate sterling as a player. But have seen that side of him a few times likes a dive as well! I thought it was an awful tackle personally and wonder what others would say if it was Barton or Cattermole? Guarantee they'd say the card was deserved.

Flanagan and Johnson are two players I think are not anywhere near top 4 quality. They're ok but not England level, neither are jones and Smalling to be fair! If any of those 4 (and lambert) played for a less fashionable side (us, stoke west brom etc) they'd be nowhere near the England squad

The card was fully deserved Marcus, 100% exactly like Brown's challenge vs Norwich.

Sterling has progressed massively this season but he behaves like he's the finished product, if he ****s around like that against Italy/Uruguay we can forget about the knockout stages. Hopefully Captain Fantastic will have a strong word with him telling him to behave.

Hopefully Ox is ok, he was our best player today, give me him all day over that Sterling.

    I don't mind Milner he's a grafter that'll put a solid 7/10 shift in.

Flanagan though... I'd rather have Helen Flanagan than that overgrown rat.

It's a ****ing pussy sport. He went for the ball, he won the ball, there was no intent to hurt the player what so ever, his eye's never left the ball. Shouldn't even be a booking in my ideal world but it has to be a yellow tops, it's supposed to be a contact sport and the tackle was timed. Very sad, both the game and fans have gone soft. That would never be a booking in Sunday League, a real sport of men.

Milner showed he is not a defender. He would be a vital part of my squad.

What a totally disgraceful tackle on a player in a friendly ........ Valencia is entering what might be his last chance in the World Cup finals.

And this knacker comes through the back of him like that, want's his neck wringing.
