As with many of the off-topic threads though...I don't really care if a random lad from Kent who I've never met before is excited about who's going to be playing hooker for England...Now if its a random lad from Kent who supports Newcastle, well then...

I really can't see past a New Zealand win on home turf!!

I'm not sure where all the optimism is coming from in the English camp, they were decidedly average during the summer tests. A narrow win against us (Wales) at Twickenham, a fairly heavy defeat at the Millenium Stadium and a win against an awful looking Ireland side who were devoid of any creativity.

I think it will be a NZ v SA final.

And yeah - I can't see us (Wales) getting past the quarters unless we manage to beat the Boks in game 1.........could be a good time to play them!!

England 'usually' seem to show their quality in the big games/tournaments though. And if they're ****e, they still manage to do OK regardless - look at 2007, I thought we were **** from beginning to end but still got to the Final. Plus Tuilagi is a an actual animal!

Bit different though as there's actually a Rugby board on not606. Not a board for "what job should Tash do" etc so some OT stuff is "acceptable" whereas this already has a board. Not a board Nazi so not bothered personally just saying. And Luc's a bit of a tit <ok>

We need protection from board Nazis...

First the Toon board, then Poland.

Once upon a time the English (with the odd Jock thrown in, not going to forget Sean Connery's fantastic performance in "The Longest Day") could have defeated the board Nazi's but now it's nah I won't stop the board nazis, there's no toon players in the team. <verysad>

Kiwis won't choke this time, we'll get beat in either the Semi's or lose the final to New Zealand.

It is a thugs game played by gentlemen.

Must admit, when I moved back the UK after growing up in the States the concept of 'You can only pass the ball backwards' confused the living hell out of me after playing American Football in school.

I kept wondering how you get forward.
