word on the street is we might be trying to tie him up late doors. i must admit when i heard carroll was off he was one that i thought could be a realistic target. he's having a good season but he's no andy carroll. i wouldn't be disappointed if we brought him in mind as i think he'd do okay with us. he'd score enough goals to keep us safe and he's better than what we're left with.
