Unlikely that he'll even turn up at Westminster more than half a dozen times a year. The chiseling ****-weasel has never confronted anything head on in his life, and he never will.

For fear of seeming pedantic, Farage must have already been more than half dozen times this year, everytime I see the Commons he seems to be there, particularly when it's a full house.

I don't agree with private health care, so Farage wouldn't get my vote based on that alone, migrants certainly don't bother me enough to step down that road.

In regards to the migrants and the French, ok you've had you're fun, now it's time to put a stop to it. Allowing criminal migrant smugglers to exploit a situation, causing death as has happened on several ocassions across the channel has gone too far now - the French need to be helping Keir smash these gangs, and I quite litterally mean smash them, with a ****ing sledge hammer if need be.

I feel at the moment Starmer is trying to be all things to all people, he clearly wants to please and make friends on the world stage and across Europe, that's a good thing but I'm just worried that people like Macron are taking the ****ing piss, he needs to keep his nose out of our politics and stop acting the ****, otherwise I'll ask his mrs to smack him in the mouth again, the sad little ****ing tea boy...

I saw this story yesterday and tried looking into it because it's claimed Angela Rayner handed back her membership months ago, but other than recent claims over the last few days, I can't find anywhere where this has previously been mentioned that she gave her membership in.

What I can find back as far back as April this year was Unite claiming they had given her £10k for her election campaign and back as far as April Unite were asking for the money back (according to media outlets). So unless she did quit and returned the £10k at the same time, it's like a blackhole of information.

It's also noted by the media that Unite gave the Labour party £500k quote from ITVNews dated yesterday...

'In 2024, it gave more than £500,000 in the run up to the election including £10,000 to Rayner herself, according to the Parliamentary Register of Members' Financial Interests.'

    https://www.itv.com/news/2025-07-11/unite-union-suspends-angela-rayner-over-birmingham-bin-strikes

I think what caused the stir back in April was Anegela's sugggestion that Unite should call the strike off and accept the conditions...

Now with a doctors strike looming this could all get very messy.

Unite’s leadership are archetypal Hamas-shagging lunatics. Our Ange is better off out.

Honest answer - I don't have the highest opinion of Unite as a union, and that goes back even before the days of Len McCluskey. They're basically a patchwork quilt of unions who got amalgamated often without consulting the membership. Sharon Graham should stop grandstanding, and concentrate on getting a deal for the binmen which gets them back to work without bankrupting Birmingham Council.

Also, Angela Rayner is very much a wid <ok>

Pension age rising (to 67) saved the economy £10.5B per year

Introducing the triple lock costs £11B per year.

    Make it make sense?

triple lock won an election and although everyone knows it is
    a) a ridiculously unfair policy
    b) completely unaffordable

no party even dare considering scrapping - mind you Labour have lost most of the crumbly/wrinkly vote so they might as well wield the sword of sense and scrap it .

It just seems crazy to me, we introduced the increase in pension age to save money, but then gave it out with the other hand. Let alone all the other inherited costs. We seem to introduce changes that are often outwayed by other measures, mainly to win votes as you've stated.

Anyway me and @Archers Road retire in a couple of years, so leave the triple lock alone! :bandit:

This is sad. Remember another child dying from this in the NW, maybe last year I think it was.

Sections of society are against vaccinations. If more kids were vaccinated, these kids may still be alive. Not sure about this one until more details are released but the child last year was too young to get the vaccination when she caught it and died from the complications many years later.

A child has died at Liverpool's Alder Hey Children's Hospital after contracting measles, the BBC understands.

The hospital said the highly contagious virus was on the rise among young people in the region and it had seen a surge in "seriously unwell" children being admitted.

Alder Hey said it would not officially comment on individual cases to respect patient confidentiality but the death has been confirmed to the BBC.

Politics aside, Rayner is far from a wid, imho.

She has crooked teeth and a chin like Texas Pete.
