How do we think he did yesterday? Made a few decent saves, that one that bounced in front of him was harder than it looked. We need to get behind him now, he needs to feel confident as he's going to be first choice for awhile isnt he? He seems to be good mates with Jelavic I hope this has helped him feel part of the team. How long is MacGregor out for?
Was that low one at the end going wide anyway? It looked it to me at the time, but MOTD didn't show a decent angle.
McGregor was originally out for about a month. It was 3 weeks as of yesterday that he played his last game v Man City. So next week is 4 weeks........
The Leyton Orient fans really liked him, and he was doing alright up until that Sheffield Wednesday match. Reminds of Gulacsi a bit though, just doesn't install confidence at all.
Macgregor does seem to have had more than his fair share of injuries. Dunno if thats a bit harsh. But back in the day goalies always seemed to be ever presents.
His bird has raised the risk of injury compared to other keepers. Although she seems to have calmed down.
Jakupovic is a decent temp, I'm not worried about having him in goal for us Until Mags gets better. We night want to recall Oxley though, just in case. Although with it being a season long loan I'm not sure we can.

Can Oxley go back out to them once he's surplus to requirements or does he have to wait until January? I know there is a bit of leeway when it comes to goalkeepers.
It wouldn't surprise me if McGregor makes a sudden recovery. He was playing badly and a goalie's mistakes are in the spotlight so Bruce withdrew him before his confidence was shattered. There's no way he would have been played every week with an injury when we had Harper available.
Is this for definite, or just based on Bruces after match interview? Some talk that he cant be recalled until Jan as its classed as an international loan
Just based on Bruce's comments, if we can't recall him, we can bring another keeper in on emergency loan.
