It wasn't a hospital pass though, he made a panicky clearance and got punished, he could easily have just clouted it off the pitch
Exactly. Why some people are insisting on selecting one player being at fault rather than both is strange. That said, I'd only assign 15% of the blame for the goal to Brady and 85% to Jak. Even though it was a poor pass, he still dealt with it shockingly.
load of people after the game said he was stretching , so i thought id wait to see it again on tv .. what a load of bollocks, the backpass wasnt great, but he got there in plenty of time and was nowhere near full stretch..... its just a load of people who spent all week saying how great he is, and how people should get off his back trying to cover themselves.. yesterday was the reason he will never be a number one, on way to the game we where saying how well he did at anfield, but trouble is you just know sometimes in the next 2 or 3 games you know he will throw a game away, and hey presto 2 minutes in.. its not his fault really, he just isnt good enough to be a number one, we are in a spot of bother until mcgregor or harper returns and thats just the way it is, s**t happens but people dont have to keep going on about how he is good enough and trying to either convince themselves or others!
The back pass was good enough, it reached the keeper, it could have been better and I didn't think Brady should have played that pass at all. But Jakuposhit had plenty of time to judge the situation and do the right thing. He didn't. Jakuposhit was entirely at fault, and he made 2 more clangers we were very lucky to escape from without conceding. Rory Watson in goal next weekend for me, provided he has a haircut. What the **** was that thing flopping about on his head yesterday?
