Sorry if this is a repeat, or if you've seen this already, but we certainly won't be seeing Dennis Eilhoff at the KC next year, he's signed for Dynamo Dresden for a year. http://www.nw-news.de/sport/dsc_arminia/4546443_Armine_Eilhoff_unterschreibt_bei_Dynamo_Dresden.html
Words cannot express how distraught I am. Truly, truly gutted. We all knew from watching second division German football that this guy was a ****ing top player, and probably was THE future of Hull City. This is a dark day, a dark, dark day in the history of Hull City.
amazed really... thought we would have signed this guy as a backup keeper.. we need to sign 2 good keepers before the 1st game of the season..
He's probably not up too much anyway to be fair or I reckon we would have got him, pretty sure Dynamo Dresden aren't a high-flying team right now.
I posted a few days ago about my concern re lack of keepers. OK, this guy may not be the answer to all our problems but the longer we go without a recognised first team keeper the more other clubs will hold out and look to rip us off on any loan or singing deal...
Don't worry we will sign a couple of decent keepers on frees, I tihnk that our squad is nearly there a part from a centre half, a winger and a creative midfielder and then the loans we ge ton top, we could have a decent side.
Bielefeld (NW).Now it's waterproof: Dennis Eilhoff changes, according to media reports, a climber Dynamo Dresden and will therefore continue to play in the Second Bundesliga. In the past week nw-news.de reported that the goalkeeper was there an offer of the Saxons and the English second division club Hull City. Moreover, the second division side FC Augsburg have expressed interest.Eilhoff completed in late March a trial on the island, decided now, but apparently for Dresden. Born in Witten came even as a 13-year-old to Bielefeld and was previously, apart from a two-year loan at Koblenz, only on the pasture in the gate. The contract of the 28-year-olds at Arminia ends on 30June.The Internet portal Transfermarkt.de Eilhoff estimated market value of € 1.75 million. Google Translate doesn't work that well
