Away from home and with a lead
Then within a short space of time,
    Two decisions which did impede
Whatever chance we had to climb

But whatever the rights or wrongs
How those ten deserved what they got,
Each and every one stayed so strong
That Cats produced rarely a shot

And watching on here from afar
One could say in that second half,
That although there was no cigar
We were still closer to the last laugh

So we´re edging ever more near
    To Premier League safety again,
And when it happens, well the cheer
Should resound round the Carrow Rd den

For happen, I´m sure that it will
With more shows like this one today,
    Gutsy fight added to skill
Will always go quite a long way

And great to see Kamara Kei
Up against two centre backs here,
Win everything out of the sky
During the hour that he was there

That man has a salmon-ish leap
And ´his´ goal was never in doubt,
Until Wes popped out of the heap
To ensure a new dancing bout

But I guess it is only fair
That on this St. Patricks Day,
The wee imp should just take a share
Of any goal glory, some way. ;) OTBC

    Enjoy your week all,

    Yours

Nice one RBF. We are nearly there. This is what seperates the one season wonders to the Prem keepers.

Hi RBF bor, didn't see any of the game, will see it later on MotD. I feel that eleven in green and yellow are to be congratulated. The ten who finished the game against all the odds and the eleventh . . . our manager. Not once did he show any recrimination in his aftermatch interview regarding the referee and his decisions. A lesson for some other managers to learn. He was just full of praise for the team's performance.

A hard earned and well deserved point. Shows the spirit in the team.

    Muttley ok ?

    Hi rbf
Yes we are in touching distance now
Typical of Wigan to start a late points grab, I might need to bump up my view of 36 points for 17th
Looks like it might be nearer to 38-39 now, but you never know

Battling spirit will be crucial in the run in of games, but that was in evidence a plenty today. 5 or 6 more points shouldl see us through!

Yep, another important one in a fortnight, max, but same result as today would do me.

Good point all things considered, I think 38 and we'll be safe but we shouldn't be looking for that with reading and villa at home in our upcoming fixtures they are 2 we can't even entertain looking at anything less than all 3 points!

The main thing I took from the game is that I really think Sunderland are in trouble, not being able to break us down with 10 men at home £25m worth of strikers at their disposal and all the other big money signings they've made. The fact even with 10 men we looked more dangerous and created arguably the best chance is worrying for them. Their upcoming fixtures are also a worry and after the next 4 games I can really see them in the bottom 4 if Wigan do a Wigan and villa keep getting points.

I think if they weren´t looking over their shoulders before today, then they´re going to have to start to, now.

Another benefit is that Hughton now has the international break to work with the majority of our players on the training field, and by all accounts he is a great trainer so the extra week with the players can only benefit us going into the last 8 games and to refresh the players.

I know I'm 'getting on a bit', but didn't our '10 match unbeaten run' start after the last international break??? <ok>
