http://www.sempreinter.com/2016/01/25/80516/ ... this was the first source to comment that the Cambiasso deal was actually completing etc ... if true another huge declaration of intent by the owners ... I'm seriously contemplating converting to Budhism .. indeed we should all do it collectively?
Gianluca Di Marzio (Italian sky sports) has said we have bid £9M for him but Inter are also interested but Eder prefers coming to England. Di Marzio was bang on all summer with regards to Gokhan Inler so he is very reliable Also according to Sky we have turned down the opportunity to sign Loic Remy on loan
Well I must admit I know f all about him (will Google him soon) but I´m thinking our scouts & owners know what they are doing so, I´m happy about it. IF & it´s still an IF, we do make the champs lge we´ll be able to get some very good players at City in the summer. What it will mean is Leicester´s success will spell the end for some of the current players as some will become the proverbial dead wood. & IF we do make the champs lge then we will need to buy again to keep in it the season after. The way it´s going & the way I see it, it looks like we could be battling the like of Manc Poo & Spurs season in season out for a top 4 finish... or may be even better .
Yeah, but Proud you´ve got to remember that he ain´t getting many mins on the pitch so how can he just come on for 5 mins or so & perform ? I think he´d do very well if he´s playing week in week out, but having said that, would that happen at LCFC at the mo ? But a loan deal til the end of the season is a win win situ ain´t it ?
I think its more Ranieri is being careful who he brings in. Remy seems more interested in money then the team
Sky have also reported since then that his odds have been slashed to 4-1 for Remy signing for us. Yet when I checked Skybet he was at 10-1. Not sure how he can be more interested in the money when by all accounts he wants away from chelsea so he can play more.
He joined QPR for the money, then refused to play in the Championship, then wouldnt leave QPR because he wouldnt take a drop in wages until Chelsea matched it a year later. No sympathy for him as he knew he wouldnt play much for Chelsea
My bad. Thought QPR wanted rid of his wage bill so loaned him out hoping they would get promotion so they could have him back the following season.
Eder has 12 goals in 19 games this season and 8 caps for Italy and 2 goals - so is half decent at least. Have no clue what his playing style is though - is he a hard working forward or a languid poacher?
He looks good, and seems to be a team player! I think him and Vardy would complement each other plus he can take a good penalty got so excited watching that clip I nearly wet myself
Lots of things in yhat video that are Vardy-esque like closing disposessing defenders and running onto through balls for a start. Looks quite pacey for his build, looks solid. Wonder how many Eders he'll score ...
Yeah he looks good & knows how to finish blah, blah, blah, but we said that about krammy after watching him on youtube too & before you have a go, I know he never got a real chance but that´s my point. Can he play along side Vardy or as said, will we be cashing in ? If he´s 15 mil & as good, maybe selling Vardy for 30 mil would be a good idea. Then we could get a top MID or DEF in with the change ?
He should be signed in addition to Vardy as we've already offloaded Kramaric and we need 4 solid strikers. Ulloa and Okazaki have their strengths but only scorer about 1 persons goals between them so another goalscorer alongside Vardy is needed, if one is injured or off form, hopefully we'll have the other banging them in. If both are in form and on the pitch together, great!
