Never trust an old guy who calls himself 'dude'. Bit like a mate of mine called Gerald who insists calling himself 'Gez'. It's all a bit sad. So forgive me Aber if I don't trust your assessment of Dyer as a 'poor man's winger'. He was our player of the season last time by a country mile.
nobody said pratters had joined forest so where did that come from, your making things up tampon, what i said that is absolutely true is that he went to forest with huw with the intention of selling him for £1 million, it was halted by the threat of two board members threatening to quit the board, this got messy and that is why pratts would not sign for jenkins whatever we did in the championship that season....as it happened we got to the premiership and pratts true to his word left. im fed up explaining what happened, i told you at the time..... now dyer....where has anyone said he is joining liverpool???? ...all i can see is paper talk and rumors that they are suppose to be interested, I heard the same rumor last week in the pub where there are many ardent fans and one of them mentioned this link with dyer and liverpool.....again nobody has said that dyer is moving to liverpool.......so when you comment tampon try to stick to what is actually said and not what you make up to your own ends what fans say..
aber I agree with you dude, I'll be very surprised if Liverpool make a bid for Dyer!.............. please log in to view this image
I'd be very surprised if Liverpool come in for Dyer. I think he could do a squad player's job for them easily, but a club of Liverpool's stature make signings as a statement of intent for the fans - the fans (on the whole) wouldn't welcome this as a transfer and poor Nathan would have a serious job on his hands to win the fans over. Nathan Dyer was the best kept secret in the league last year. Everyone thought that Scott Sinclair was our best winger, but Dyer was easily the most consistent in his all round play - he fully deserved his player of the year award last season. If Scott Sinclair is Premiership quality, Nathan Dyer is as well. He'll never be a prolific goalscoring winger, but if you give him a ball and put a man in front of him, 9 times out of 10 he'll go past him with ease.
