Although I confess to not knowing much about Drury firsthand, I really expected him to start at left back. Anyone know/heard anything about why he might be on the bench only for the first 2 league games?

Dury came out and denied that. All reporters word play apparently which is no surprise. Dury said he wanted the best players at Leeds along side him and that included Snod!
I did wonder how much it had been twisted. I would have imagined it was more what was said after Snoddy had already made his mind up. I can see Snoddy saying I am off to join Norwich, what can you tell me about them....
It was just the other day the Kamara hit out at the paper he works for by twisting his words completely! Couple that with the fact Snod wanted to go to Norwich and was furious when we turned down a previous bid without telling him. His mind was already made up IMO
Snoddy was gone in his mind before Drury signed for Leeds. If there is anything to this rumour then perhaps Warnock is not as great a man manager as some of us think he is.
I've looked for the player ratings for both your games to see how Drurys been playing, and im a bit bemusedas to why Colin hasn't started him? Drury is a class full back and i still wish he was with us this season. Once he gets a start you'll see just how good he is.
