  3. Great player - one of the best the PL has seen. Did exaggerate fouls, but totally vilified by the English media for it when in reality that side of his game was no worse than some English players.

Glad he wont be terrorising us anymore!

The way he won the Champions League makes him a truly great player.

He's a big game player, something we lack.

Drogba could have been a footballing legend, right up with Bergkamp and Zola, the thing that prevented it, was his embarrassing dives, seems like a terrific guy off the pitch.

Could have been? I'm sure he already is for Chelsea fans, and as time passes (time being an 'ingredient' of legend) will be seen so by wider audiences too. Nothing at all to do with diving.

I'll always remember Drogba as a muscle bound footballer in the prime of his career throwing himself relentlessly on the floor in recurring bids to cheat referees, and it's a shame because when he concentrates on his football he's proved himself to be one of the best strikers of his generation.
His Chelsea record is exceptional and especially his record against us, but I can't look completely beyond the cheating...
