The Rugby World Cup final was just on the box, what a dramatic finish to that game :D It got me thinking of other dramatic endings to matches, The Gerrard Cup Final, the Euro 2000 final, the Edgbaston Ashes test 2005 and, who could forget, BELLAMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More recently we've had the 4-4 and one of England'd ODI's against the convicts as well, moments like this are why we all love sport. What other dramatic climaxes can you recall??? Note: I mean in sport, so no naughty comments - OT, Badger, Wein - I'm looking at you!

Lewis Hamilton winning the World Title with an overtake on the last corner in Brazil.

See... Not naughty at all (took a hell of a lot of effort)!

Solano winning it at Leeds, 4-3 after being 3-1 down.

Newcastle 2-1 Everton, losing 1-0 with 8 minutes to go and then Shearer hit that volley, for Bellamy to win it in the 90th minute.

Rossi Vs Elias: Last Lap MotoGP Estoril (Portugal) 2006 - caught rossi and passed the line a knats pube width in front to win it
finally as i could put loads of these up Catalunya MotoGP 2009 - Rossi vs Lorenzo last lap - overtook where there was no where to overtake in theory

Tough, you lads have picked out most of them - trying to incorporate a different sport - Calzage's last 2 fights were decent - 2 first round knock downs followed by 2 great comebacks to establish himself as one of the greats in his division!

What about the last match of the season. Between Liverpool and Arsenal. Arsenal needed to win by 2 clear goals to win the Prem over Liverpool. Up pops Thomas to score in the dying moments to pinch it. Could'nt make it up.

What? What have i done? :emoticon-0114-dull:

For me it's between the Hamilton F1, last corner (was gutted, hate the little prick. And someone (cant remember who) let him past!! <grr>) or the 2002(ish, maybe) Stanley Cup, The Mighty Ducks had a good lead, and the Devils came back to win it! ****ing best last 3 matches ever!
