Not diverting from an abject performance but I thought that you didn’t get a red when a penalty was given (unless for reckless/violent play). Any refs help out?
You are correct, I’ve a feeling, yet again, this will be rescinded the problem being it’s happened a lot to safc and games are not replayed
That a joke, it’s about seven yards out, right in on goal. You couldn’t get a much more of a goal scoring opportunity
Well it’s a rest period now for about 14 days till the Coventry game. I’m disregarding the Gillingham replay as it looks like the players have thrown in the towel unacceptable this tonight, not so much the competition but the supposed strength of the team involved. Not a good sign as it appeared they didn’t give a toss for the fans or new manager
A red card will be given if it's not a genuine challenge for the ball, so a miss timed tackle is ok, a pull back (what i expect he thought happened with O'nien with his hand on his shoulder) will be red, not that i agree with the decision cos i thought there was nowt in it, but doubt there's enough evidence in a mickey mouse cup video footage to get it overturned, even if it mattered.
No hank. It’s competition specific so if by a minor miracle we are promoted this will lead to no ban, unless we play in this comp next season
