    We pay scouts to stand at Football stadiums and push a set of pre-set events into a keypad, things like 'Home Team Goal' or 'Home Free Kick' etc to tell us what is happening on the football pitch ahead of tv pictures. Anyway those guys have a button for 'Dog on Pitch', it being such a regular occurrence at the likes of Romanian 2nd Division games.
