A few years ago (Under Brownie and Duffman) we set up a link with an Irish club, Shamrock I think. Does anyone know if we gained anything through this link or if it's still going on. I remember reading the article on the OWS but nothing sinse. Any clues?
No idea. But the many Irish players we have at the club now must give Hull City a bigger profile over irish sea.
I vaguely remember something about it and we do have a few Irish lads in the academy, but I doubt there's much going on with it, I can't remember any mention of it for years.
At the time, when asked what he knew about 'shamrock' Brownie retorted "Aye, it looks real pretty like on top o' me favourite pint"
