I'm not going to Wembley, not as some protest, simply because I have other things on around the game; also, I didn't go to the first final (I did FA semi and final) and we won, so I am reluctant to be a Jonah! I am, though, taking a long weekend after work tomorrow until Wednesday morning, I intend to thoroughly enjoy the Final day, I might get the locals into a chant or two, maybe even wear a Rosette and scarf, who knows? As for distractions, well that is never too far away and comes in many brands accredited by CAMRA; the dog takes me for a walk to them regularly. Nowt's too hard really, is it!
I'l be kicking every ball and heading every header and if Jak miss punches that ball I will be chasing round the box, cause I'm playing wont every fan bring it on
Agreed with this. I think it's a win-win if we go up: either we buy a couple of decent players which would give us a chance to finish the season in the PL, or the Allams just grab it all to pay down the debt which I honestly wouldn't mind. Of course, if we throw money at **** players and go back down with bigger debt that'd be a bit ****.
Working overtime tomorrow Friday 14 hours as a psychiatric nurse, should do my head in make me sleep well,Saturday go to the market, watch daughter play netball then SAturday evening watch on FOxtel with a couple of Aussie mates who have become City fans, pace myself with Victoria Bitter to 2 am when the game starts. Who knows after that ,when we win I will be on here and CI and other social media. I am 62 and I tell people how to deal with anxiety etc, don't know I can't teach myself. I love you City but you do my head in
I had avoided it, but our hosts gave us a bottle each as we were leaving Tried it last night.......absolutely foul!
