Shakey could be coaching a Champions League team next year, i doubt he'd be offered anything like the wages he'll be getting here at the moment. Would really test how good their relationship is after what happened last summer.

Ancelotti linked with Bayern, Derby may not be wanting to lose another manager like last season as Clement was rumoured to be interested in linking up again. Not an ITK but they may have acted now especially as they said he didn't share thier long term vision.
Ancelotti isn't linked - he has the job as when Pep declared he wasn't going to sign a new contract, they moved really quickly to find a replacement. Can see Clement following him there if he doesn't find a new club straight away.
In all seriousness, Derby dont want immediate promotion but to build. That does sound ideal for Nigel Pearson.
