I had to go out first half but managed to catch about 20 minutes of the commentary and as the reporter said, not a lot in it except obviously they managed to stick one in...

I listened to the 2nd half on the radio and to me, it sounded like the players were more involved than they have been in recent games. We seemed tighter and more players appeared to be taking responsibility rather than waiting for others to do something and how Sam Baldock didn't score is beyond me - there appeared to be a very strong suggestion of handball for the one that was blocked on the line and the 2nd one that whizzed across the face of goal was surely what we bought him for to tap in.

Nevertheless, today sounded like an improvement on recent games and DM's post match interview seemed to reflect this however we then had a few who were there ring up and paint a very different picture....

I wasn't there, I can only go by what I heard but frankly, I don't think that the Radio Bristol chap has the commentating skills to be able to embellish our performance. He is very much reactive and reports what he sees in real time and to me, it sounded like we were a bit unlucky today and perhaps with Davies, we may even have won...

Despite another loss, there were signs of improvement for me which we need to carry this on against Birmingham.

Just heard the commentators summary and one sentence came across very well which does give some hope..He said," This time no kamikazi defending and no end to end style football."

that has got to count against Birmingham....

It did sound as if we needed Davies, had he played maybe we might of got 3 points, but we were aware of his injuries when he came, McInnes said we will be lucky to see him for the Charlton game. Has to be Taylor and baldock upfront against brum. Cant see stead being much of a threat.
