Which former League side was a Conference North playoff participant that season?
Will the win against Burton boost the gate at Fratton Park this week-end? How many do you think they will bring down? It's time for score and attendance guesses
I asume you're answering the trivia question. No Mansfield were one of TWO [the other was York] in the Conference Premier Playoffs, but the question was which former league club participated in the Conference NORTH playoffs.
A little factoid: Fleetwood's last away game was a 2-0 defeat at AFC Wimbledon and is the only league game this season so far where they've failed to score. Pompey's last home game was a 2-0 defeat to Chesterfield and is the only league game this season so far where we've failed to score.
They play the theme to Captain Pugwash when they score at home I think. For me that's enough of an excuse to say, the only time we're going to here it is right now. Sod it, let's have the whole of episode 1
Be good to have Connolly back, but in fairness to the lads they have done ok with out him, Holmes particularly has done well for me, and i reckon he may keep his place by being put out wide in place of Jed.......... 3-0 to us, big crowd, possibly near capacity home crowd......... answer: AFC Telford? BP
Holmes was stand out man of the match last week and should not be dropped. Stick with last weeks and use him as a sub. No one should fall straight back into a winning side. Especially when they were out for lack of discipline in the first place.
