    I was speaking to a Deportivo fan today about the three players we've signed from them. His opinions were;

    Colocinni: Great player, very comfortable on the ball. And at 28 still young for a top centre back. Many great years ahead.

    Luque: Really surprised it didn't work out for him, maybe due to injuries. Very highly rated back then in Spain.

    Xisco: Couldn't believe we paid as much as we did for him as Deportivo fans never rated him.

    Not news really, interesting that it seems Xisco wasn't even rated highly in Spain by his own fans. Makes Wise's decision to sign him all the more baffling.

    Yeah, I thought he was about 31. Great news, he's probably just reaching the best years of his career in the next couple of seasons.

    He was at AC Milan for 5 years before he even went Deportivo <ok>

    Not a first teamer though, obviously.
