    Never heard anything about Denis Stracqualursi being here on trial but if it is true, this means that Everton have replaced Beckford, the striker that we have signed from them, with our reject!

    I read somewhere he was trial with us too. Glad Sven stuck to buying experienced Championship / english league players.

    I guess this Stracqi bloke could make an impact but too risky. I'd rather have Beckford

    Think Fourth Official put it out last night?

    He said he was on trial with us last week but we said he was carp and decided we would go with other options.

    I was worried that we was going to have a team full of washed up players butNSven has brought proven championship players like Danns, Mills, Beckford, Nugent, Peltier, schmeichel, St. Ledger

    They are slot berthed then people like Bruma, Van Aanholt, Kirkland and Bednar

    As said, Stracqualursi will be a squad player at Everton. We needed a proven first teamer.
