I see Reo Coker has signed for the binners, he said "it's a sleeping giant, a big club with a massive fan base"!
You've just gotta laugh,

All players say what the fans want to hear when they sign. It's only a 3 month deal I think.

I watched something where he was saying how difficult it was to find a new club, so PJ's comments did make me laugh a little. However, it's a potentially good signing for them.

To be fair to them, they were a big club but it feels a long way back and a lot of fans seem to have almost abandoned them at this moment in time.

 

The "massive fan base" made me laugh so much I let out a little wee.

 

the word 'ego' was invented for nigel ego-coker.

the guy is a seriously bad egg. moving to ipswich is yet another nail in their self-made coffin.

 

Maybe not so much sleeping as in a coma...

 

I prefer the description that the late great Sir Bobby Robson gave us.

Ipswich are a small big club...

And at least we do not carry a mighty great chip like some others I could mention.
