The general concensus before TDD... ( Transfer deadline day ) Was that 17th would be acceptable and a great result. The big question is, do we still feel the same way? What with our flamboyant must see football, and Barcelonic interchanging going forward. Do we tempt the football gods of fate whilst riding on a crest of a wave to do better? Or do we succumb to mediocrity and maintain our 'Status Quo' in the safe knowledge that anything above 17th is a bonus? In what position in the Premiership table, do you realistically think QPR will be, come the 31st of December 2011? ( Timed for the January transfer window. ) Who will we look back on, and pronounce that the 'Font' of all knowledge, regarding QPR on the not606 board. Is.........................?????? (In the event of a tie on position, GD and other stats , may come into play. ) So if you want you can predict, position & points, GD, P, W, D, L, for & against if you wish. Northolt or Brixton can tally up at the end, and declare the winner. lol. The aim must still be 17th place, but it's hard to see us finishing so low the way we're playing. But that could all change in a hurry if we get a couple of injuries. I remember in the days of Sir Les, when he played, we invariably won, when he was injured we would always lose.

Ooops, nice one Jeff, 34 was my original guesstimate, but thought it was too high. I then forgot to adjust the points tally after adjusting the games.
11th pts21 GD -12, P19, W6, D3, L10 (F18 A30) In my league the bottom 4 are Blackburn, Swansea, Fulham and Wigan and there is a 5 point gap between 16th and 17th. 10th to 16th in the league are separated by just 3 points. at the top United are 9 points clear of City who are 3 points clear of Chelsea. I think i've been fairly cautious... and Jan and Feb look fairly kind to us, realistically even with our run in mid-table is well achievable, but i would still take 17th now though.
