Any chance Palace could be delaying the PVA transfer deliberately? Never known a transfer to take so long at this time of year. They know our situation and stringing it out can only hamper our search for new bodies in and possibly weaken a survival rival. Yes work can be done in the background in preparation, yet as all similar placed clubs seem to be shopping in the same player market, time is most certainly running out. Had hoped with the promise of cash, we would have been in for at least someone decent straight away but there doesn't seem to be a sniff about anyone!
