    I can see Rangers winning the SPL in their first season back, such is the piss poor quality of the league.

    That's the problem though, they haven't been very good at that. I work with a Rangers fan and he pointed out the other week that in the 4 years Rangers have been coming back up the leagues Celtic haven't won a treble. When you consider that the only credible opposition they've had for god knows how long has been Rangers, taking them out of it for 4 years they've massively failed there.

    I think it will take rangers another 5 or so years to win a league. The finances are still at a huge gap. Celtic could spend?
