Defensive cover?

    Should his talks with Stoke not work out, would Higginbotham be worth a punt for defensive cover? He has great crossing ability too from what I saw of him.

    I've liked him when I've seen him play. I don't expect Daws to have as much game tim as last season, so would provide good experience at the back.

    He would if we didn't already have two out and out left backs and Cooper available. We're short either a tall centre back or cover for Rosenior at right back. (McShane is one of the two, we need the other)
