Sounds to me like he's being critical of the rest of the league and saying that the others sides are so weak Man Utd don't even need to be at their best to win it.
this utd team is a lot better than the one keane walked out of. that looked like the end of an era, yet with the right foundations (VDS, Vidic, Evra and Carrick) and one or two genuine superstars hitting real form (ronaldo, rooney) we won our 3rd CL and reasserted dominance over england. this team is much younger than that one by and large, and requires some of the older heads/underperformers (scholes, giggs, evra, owen, macheda, possibly anderson) to be replaced or removed but once that happens i believe we'll be a force in europe once again.
