Good win today, I see Which helped you make a move, Out of the bottom three To join the rest above, I wondered if the win At QPR last week, Would help your lot begin To believe, as we speak, There´s nowt like confidence Especially in this tier, To help with competence When the next games appear, So when, on Wednesday night We turn up on your patch, It could be quite a sight And an enthralling match, We have ourselves now gone Six games unbeaten here, A good run to be on Before we meet you there, And though a win as yet We´ve not managed away, I think soon we may get All three points from our play, But whether it will be At your St. Mary´s home, A place that seems to me To be harder than some, Is really hard to tell But a draw once again, Would do us very well Down in your saintly den, And whatever the score When 90 mins have gone, We may wish we´d seen more That you can depend on, Two sides who like to play Wherever it might be, The game in the right way So I´m hoping we´ll see, A cracker on the night A cauldron in the dark, With flair and skill and fight From all those on the park. Yours very expectantly,
Well speaking for myself, and despite us already having had 4 away draws, I can see one more in the offing here. I think we´d take that, how about you lot?
It really depends on whether you lot can handle Ramirez and whether Ruddy is fit. If he isn't, I am confident Saints can put a couple past your reserve keeper.
Yep I'd be happy with a draw. Delighted with our performances and results against QPR and Newcastle but neither put up much of a fight and both have injury problems (Newcastle in particular). This is a different kettle of fish, both teams will come into this game confident that they can come away with 3 points so a draw is probably the most likely scenario.
I don't know if I'd "take" it, but I wouldn't be too upset. This won't be no easy game. If we went to Anfield four games unbeaten I would be optimistic. And Rickie will definitely get one at the kop.
Tom - Ruddy has to be doubtful the way he went off on Saturday, but Mark Bunn has already proved he´s no mug, looking forward to seeing what Ramirez can conjure up.
