    Nice, shame they couldn't finish Champions in the Championship, they had one hell of a lead at one stage.

    I'd think that would have been more likely if they didn't get promoted, he had already been demoted to the bench there anyway.

    Wonder if Nuge will find himself in the same situation he was in last year, would be good for any Championship side with 2 promotions in 3 years.

    ... was listening on the radio ... apparently Nuge missed a sitter at 1-1 ... commentators made the point that Jordan Rhodes, sitting on the bench, wouldn't have missed it ... appears to be some friction as Karanca apparently didn't want to sign Rhodes ...

    ... being absolutely honest I can't see Nuge cutting it in the Prem, well not as a striker ... think he would still do a job for a Championship club for the next couple of years ...

    De Laet and Nugent are in the same boat, he is a top championship player but isn't good enough to make the step up

    De Laet's major flaw is he falls asleep defensively miles too often and we lose too many goals because of it, He is very good going forward though

    De Laet is not good enough at the level we will be playing next season. We need a proper defensive right back, not a wing back.

    De Laet has served the club very well and always gives his all. But i think he is now deemed surplus to requirements

    He was a big part of the championship winning side and played a part this year

    Who knows what would have happened if he didnt score that goal against Villa

    I can´t see RDL staying at Leicester. We can use are wealth to improve on these sort of problems. We are going to need a larger, stronger squad next season so, like every summer, we need to get rid of the dead wood (no offence)
