    do you think he's worth it on a free, looks a decent player who can play throught the middle and on the left which is where we are lacking, is quite creative as well and will be on cheap wages (only on 2,500 last year according to FM11), id sign him uo straight away.

    He done very well laste year. Didn't get the recognition he deserved as Adam seemed to steal all that. He got the players player of the year though and Blackpool's awful run of form coincided with Vaughan's spell on the sideline. I would defo sign him up, would be a great addition to the squad!!

    we have 1 left sided player in Jonas, imagine he he got injured last season for 4 months after january, we'd be boned

    This ^. Very under-rated player who would be a good backup to the first team. Probably wouldn't want too much by way of wages either.

    Good point - BArton is a MRC and Vaughan is a MLC. WOuld rather have Barton and Nolan here though

    Jonas.......Right sided really if we are honest
    Ferguson.......Young and inexperienced
    HBA.......Pardew see's him as a second stirker and is unlikely to play him out wide
    Lua Lua...........Think he might be a bit of a homo as he doesn't shut up about moving to Brighton!!!

    Jonas has played right side about twice in 3 years for us, he's a left winger plain and simple.
    Ferguson is young and inexperienced but everyone is inexperienced at one point.
    HBA is seen as a second striker but if our 3 other left sided players are injured there wouldn't be a problem slotting him in there.
    Lua Lua wants first team football, we can't offer him that. And Brighton is a nice place.

    dont need him hes a good player who looks even better in a poor poor team. he was brilliant last year but danny guthrie would of looked good at blackpool. will he take nolans bartons jonases ben arfas tiotes or cabaye place? no way so we dont need him he wont come anyway he will want first team football and will probably go to a side with less competition for cm or a newly promoted team. hes not the type of signing we need to push us up to the next level. as back up id take him though but only as back up.

    Gosling, Ferguson, Jonas, Cabaye can all play on the left and I rate all of them as good as or better than Vaughan.

    End of this season we will lose Smith (thank fook), Barton (if not before) and Guthrie due to contract expirys. Add to that potentially losing Nolan.

    I would get him for sure, good squad player and we need cover on the wings. HBA and Jonas to start, him, Ferguson and Lua Lua as back up.

    We will be shy on centre mids end of this season so get him while he is free, wages wont be bad too.
