May have been done to death, but really, with FSW (hopefully) on his way out at the end of the season, and Moyes' Everton contract expiring at the same time, would it not be the ideal time to see if we can get Moyes to Chelsea.

We have seen what he can do with no budget, now lets see what he can do with one.
Would he take it? Thats another question, the Chelsea job is somewhat of a poisoned chalice in recent years.
But I think that given 2 seasons, and a modest budget, Moyes could do well at CFC.

Would you guys like Moyes here or think it would be a mistake?

P.s Oh and maybe he can bring Feillani with him :p

Agreed! Mourinho would be my first choice I suppose, but failing that I would definately have Moyes.

Lets be honest you wouldn't give Moyes time to prove himself.

moyes despite what he has done at everton, which is actually winning nothing and just keeping them in the prem every season would be a massive gamble and unless roman completely changes his philosophy and gives moyes loads of time he will not last half a season

Which is actually an awesome feat considering how much money they spend!!
QPR, Newcastle, Liverpool etc, all spent fortunes and are below Everton in the league. He must be doing something right.
Imagine if he had a good squad (ie ours) and money to spend then he may possibly do wonders.

Maybe Roman wouldnt give Moyes time, thats the stumbling block. But who says he wont hit the ground running?
SAF rates Moyes as a great manager, and lets face it, SAF knows what he is talking about.

I think Moyes would be a good move for Chelsea, and I think he would go there, as Everton are never going to be able to give him the cash to push on from we're they are.

Despite having not won anything with Everton, he has still done a remarkable job establishing them as a top 8 side, with very little to spend, in comparison to the other sides around him

I disagree, their owner would interfere in team affairs.

If I had a choice it would be Moyes! As much as I worshipped Jose, I somehow think he couldn't reproduce his magic again!

It doesn't matter who they get the owner is going to interfere, all I'm saying is that of the managers that could be available in the summer Moyes would be the best 1 available. When SAF eventually retires I'd quite happily have Moyes. I think he's a top manager, who understands English football. Far to many sides employ these foreign big name managers with no idea how to manage a side in the PL

Seriously..?? AF only knows what he is talking about.. many times he does things to ice opponents.. The last rating he gave moyes was during the pre-match session with Everton..

We won't give time to anyone to prove themselves!!

can't see it. Moyes needs to have control over everything and Roman won't let him have that sort of control.

Moyes: manager of an average team and has won nothing.

If he was so good he would have been snapped up by a really good club way back.
