"Clarkson looked off the pace v WSM, but worked hard. He didn't win much in the air. Played in a 4-4-2 with Richards up front. Was brought down for the penalty from which he scored. Subbed with about 15/20 minutes left" Thats a pretty accurate summary of our time with David Clarkson in four sentences..
We must be trawling for cheap options,MM knows what he Clarkson was capable of doing for his old club, however hardly a headline signing, if we get him perhaps MM is looking for a workman like team, hard to beat nick a goal , as if Caryol departs then we lack any flair up front or in the middle of the park. With the stadium on the horizon you would have thought that some better players would take a chance and drop to lower league with the potential, been dissapointed with his ability to secure decent signings, maybe he has v little in the way of finances and it is still early days! Still unable to offload the expensive signings that Chuckle left us with so wage bill must be high. Banksy you must have had your beer goggles on that day COR
Chuckle lowered the 1) quality of players 2) standard of football 3) attendances 4) league position 5) Fans enjoyment of games 6) Bar Not sure about the wage bill CG as he brought in 17 players COR
