Ten years of learning coaching skills .Six years at the University of South Wales working at a A - Licence coaching course .Got his ticket with the likes of Martinez and Pulis. Got the academy firing on all cylinders to the point of a category 1 rating . Worked with FA of Wales with the kids programs.Probably not a kid at the academy , at all ages , that don't know him on a first name basis and respect him. Huge on nutrition , fitness and how players conduct themselves in their personal lives away from the club as being a part of how they will conduct themselves when there at the club. Inspired by Dutch and Spanish way to play , which fits well with us . His wife and her parents are season ticket holders at Liberty . Lot of pluses with this guy . Since Curtis has taken over and Adams became his right hand man , you hardly see a player interviewed without Dave's name popping up in a positive way . If the reports are true and he's are tactics guy at the moment , I've seen more tactics tried in 5 games than I have in the last two years. Through recent circumstances Adams has a brilliant opportunity to rise through the coaching ranks at SCFC ,the first 6 months of 2016 could be a career changer for him . I think he might be our manager sometime in the future , Curtis may not really want the job but I'm sure Adams would like a go at it someday ....Good luck to him as he helps Curtis steer us clear of danger.
I don't know the guy but he's doing well. I think he should show more commitment though. Why is it that his wife and in-laws are season ticket holders but he can't be bothered?
He's followed Swansea for years and may very well have had seasons tickets , didn't say in one of the articles I was reading if he did only that his wife and her parents did . Maybe he didn't and was work related , he was an assistant manager at Neath at one time . One things for sure , he doesn't need season tickets now.
Coaches buying ST ? Coaches dont have to as they get free entry to any football match.......always have been the case...
I actually thought Aussie was talking about previous to Daves appointment to the academy in the summer of 2014 , but who knows .

I'm not convinced he didn't mean it either dai , Not that it matters ,but what I was referencing goes back years and Daves only been here for over a year , I think he might be trying to pull some of that " Aussie " wool over my eyes . Getting back though , I think we have a guy in Dave that will make a huge mark and impact over the next decade or so .
