After his last few performances for Rep of Ireland do you think he'll get a shot next season or is he for the exit door?

    He'll not get a chance

I'd rather see Wilson n Rogne form a partnership. Get Thompson back and have a choice between Wilson, Rogne, Dan and Thompson.

    Exit door.

Just hope we can get a reasonable transfer fee for him.

I'd have O'Dea in my team every day of the week before I'd have Thompson, a big useless lump.

Not that I think O'Dea will or should stay.

I think O`Dea will be out the door ; he seems to have the attention span of a goldfish , unsurprisingly this seems to detract from his abilities during a match.

O'dea played his best football for Celtic ironically when Balde was along side him (yet both are considered bombscares). He suffered when having to play along side the likes of Caldwell and McManus (oh and having Naylor or Fox as company at left back) no ****ing wonder his confidence went a bit

I reckon he'd complement big Dan in a way.

That said i rate Rogne higher than him and i dont know a lot about Wilson....so he'd not be in the first team IMO. I'd rather him go and we bring in a centre half who will walk into the first team pushing Dan Rogne or Wilson for a starting place. we dont need squad players anymore. We need a player to come into the first team and push those good enough for the first team last season to be cover. Like a striker to take stokes/Sammys place and push Stokes to the bench more often....or push sammy out the window

Like Commons - McCourt and Forrest were doing okay - yet Commons came in and pushed them out the picture a bit. That way we get rid of those not good enough. There is no point getting rid of O'Dea and bringing in someone to take his place on the bench or in the stands

I like the big fella but I think he's more suited to championship football. Good luck to him though.

He can no longer be a bit part player, he may well have been a better player if he had played more for us but it never happened and to keep improving and stay in the Ireland squad he needs to play week in week out. He'll have plenty of options and if he gets a partner that can bring him on he will have a very good career.
