On another forum I have had a disagreement with someone over how good a player Danny Jackman is, and where he would figure amongst players who have worn the Blue of Gillingham over the last 10 years. Donât get me wrong Danny has had a good season this year, but the first 18 months of his return hardly pulled up any trees. So where do you think he fits into the hierarchy of Gills players of the post Championship teams he would make my top 20 but someone tried to convince me was one of the best 5. What do you think? My top 10 in that period (not necessarily in order would be: Jarvis, Jackson, Barcham, King, Flynn, Crofts, Nosworthy, Hope, Bentley, Miller). I know you're all gonna say not Miller, but I liked him!!
He is dependable and a fans favourite but not a top 10 player! Has to stay next season and be part of the backbone of a promotion chasing side.
