Bet Andy wishes he was still here and playing alongside his kid brother. Do you mean how will CD take it? That bit of pressure of Dawson being a leader too? Hopefully it will make him a better player and he'll really respond. CD has started brightly at a lot of clubs and tailed off, we'll see what he's really made of this season.
Having two strong vocal players as team leaders at the back can only be good for the team. Young defenders like Chessie and Robertson, as well as Lenihan and Dudgeon can learn from them on the practice pitch. I don't think it really matters to either of them who is captain.
