    Does anyone know if we added a sell on clause in the deal, as rumours have it that Chelsea are interested.

    I was a big fan of Cressys but I think in his final season with us he got a bit complacent and knew there was no one to challenge for his place.The move to the top tier was just what he needed to kick on his career.

    I think we've got 20% on any PROFIT.

    So with us selling for £3.75 mill upfront, and the deal raising to £7 mill, we'd have profit over that.

    I cannot personally see him going for more than £14 mill or so - so by my maths that would be £1,400,000 extra.

    That said, Shaw went for a ridiculous fee and the new tv deal will add on £££££££ to transfer fees this summer I would imagine.
